DAY 69: Confident trick#1

Huhahaha... This is to fulfill my promise in my post DAY 23: I'm confident enough!YOU?
It took a long time for me to write this thing.LOL*joke
Only then I remember I had promise you the tips on " How to grow the confidence in yourself."

First.

Recognize your insecurities.
These might be the reason of you being so low in confidence. But toss it off.

In easy word, identify the thing that makes you feel lack. What is the thing that makes you feel you feel uncomfortable or ashamed of yourself? The thing that tack yourself down to the earth. This can be anything from head to the toes thing. It can be your acne, toregrets, friends at school or it might be your past time, the traumatic or negative experience that hold you from exposing yourself. Whatever it making you feel unworthy, ashamed or inferior, identify it, give it a name and jot it down. Don't worry... There's nothing to be feared of. It's you. Just write it down and maybe you can tear off these written pieces to start feeling positive on those point. It's like when you tear all these written insecurities of yours, it was zapped from your life*although it doesn't. Haha. It's just one of the methods to motivate you and it needs so much of cooperation from yourself.

What was this 'tearing thingy' tried to show you are that these insecurities were not everything. It just like the piece of written paper, when you tear it off it signifies nothing to you. You can always find new one and write again. *means that you can make change of that, upgrade that whatever it is. Because it doesn't mean that these insecurities would be with you like forever you can make change though. So, just leave on and if you have the chance, put the miracle in it. Voila'

I just wanted to share you the story of myself. I'm not perfect. Absolutely! My tooth was pretty unorganized *prettily unorganized. Haha. I got this slanted teeth for many years till I can't remember when the first time it became like this. It's truly ugly* you got my word on that. Truly ugly that every time when there's a check up with dentist especially when the doctor was super duper handsome*ignore this, I don't feel like opening my mouth because it's ugly. You got it. Horrible and I'm ashamed. But I've to face it because it's the real me. Yes. I can avoid it for few times but it cannot be covered forever, right? Because every time I wanted to talk I have to open my mouth. Eat, open my mouth. Yawn, naturally open my mouth. So, it's not a thing that I can hide from anyone. So, what I have to do is to face it whether I'm comfortable with it or not. :)
And for few years I've been living with those ugly tooth and participating with a lot and lots of event that had me on stage, like debating, public speaking, coral speaking, reciting poem, presentation and etc. everything that got me speaking, opening my mouth and showing this slanting teeth to others but I don't mind. Why? Because this is the real me and on December 2011 I got the miracle. The braces. Finally, I managed to 'upgrade' my tooth after a long life journey with the slanted teeth. :)
Did you see that teeth. I'm sure it's obvious. So, that the condition when it had brace on it. Awful isn't  it?
Try to imagine how it looks like when it doesn't have those braces on. * I can't find the old me without braces  in my file.

So, what's the purpose of feel ashamed of you? Bring it on, babe! Well, I just don't know why some of you feel so low about yourself. Really don't know. People. It's you. If it wasn't you appreciate yourself then who else? It should be you, be the first supporter of yourself, okay? Don't be bothered about your insecurities because everyone have their one, no one is perfect even though they may look perfect but they aren't. Believe me. This is the truth. It either they hide it very well or we're not that sensitive to detect theirs. :)

Therefore, be confident of yourself and stay calm. No harm. XOXO

* Wait for next tip and trick on How to grow confidence in yourself. Cluck :9

DAY 66:Pimple? Zap it!

Stop it! Don't pinch your pimple. It might getting worst.

"Pimple! Oh noooo!"
Most of you must have faced this situation before, right? And the days go on with those pimple getting bigger and eventually leave you a scar*again, scar! What makes it even worst is that, it's really hard to get rid those scars. The range of products in market doesn't promise you, that the scar and growing pimples would be removed.

So, once in a blue moon...LOL. Today I've a tips and tricks to be shared with my beloved readers. Try it out! Who knows it might work out. That bothersome, frustrating acne might start to diminish and disappear, like ever. :)
I've a lot of tips here*a bunch of collection that I search throughout the magazines and internet and compile it here. Maybe you should try it one by one, who knows one of it might be the most effective for you!

1. Have you heard about aloe Vera? Take its gel and put in onto the scarred areas. Rinse with warm water after the gel dried on your face. Its gel also can also be made into a juice and drink it one times per day.*I won't drink it. It stinks. Haha. Maybe we can move on to next tip.

2. Squeeze lemon to get the juice. Put it on your face 2 times daily and drink the lemon juice.*accepted
Lemmmooon!

3. Blend cucumber and filter it. Take the cucumber husks rub on your face. After half an hour, rinse with
Warm water.

4. Take 10 pieces of sireh*betel leaf and grind the leaf. Then rub the scarred place. Wash after it dry.

5. Mix honey with grinded cinnamon .Apply it on face during night. Wash with warm water the next day. Apply it for three times a week.

Cinnamon.
6. Take a piece of cassava and peel the skin. Discard the skin. Then clean and grate the cassava .Next, Crush it to get the water. Rub the water on your scars.

7. the most simple way was to mix honey and powder*bedak sejuk eh. And then rub in your scars. As simple as that!
Powder*bedak sejuk
Who knows at the end of the day.You might transform. Haha

DAY 63: Tranquility @UNIMAS east campus

Hello peeps, #smile #smile
yeah! if yesterday I said it is silence that accompanying in UNIMAS but not today.
It is tranquility. Hard to find feelings that accompany me, at least for this evening. Hurmm..
Today because I had nothing to rather than my daily itual of noveling, facebooking and blogging, I decided to shake my body, shake!shake! Shake my body.LOL*joke.
As I got nothing else to something had exert me to go for a jog today. Voila'! I'm telling you this : It was so awesome. UNIMAS had a very enchanting scenery in the evening especially between 5.30 to 6.00 pm. Sunset. If you take the walk or jog around the lake, you have the most beautiful eye shot ever. The sparkling water and the limbering water flowing. Hhhhaaaaaa..... *blinking eyes. Mesmerizing so surmising..! :)
The blue sky of Kota Samarahan aren't not to be neglected. Not really blue sky, it a blend of blue and orange sunset view. Subhannallah! The God's creation, never a disappoint. That's what I got for my jogging mode:ON today.
Hahaha. Actually I'm hoping for the burning of these lipid inside that haunt my body. 7 inches thick. Kuii.Kuii. At least I should burn 5  inches for today jogs. The leftover fats should be save for the best last. lol. Me<-----are so hiperbola. Looking forward for this activity next time, as 1) I'll have a good good time enjoying the tranquility, 2) I'll get the desirable * the long lost , without extra fats on me #raised eyebrows. 3) At least I'll have a healthy life style *perspiring. Clean all those accumulated toxic inside my body, where I think be the reason why I kept on yawning and having those aches on my body. All these may be caused by the unhealthy lifestyle that I lad lately. #maybe.
Foods!!! Less fats.More nutrients. I should have a better planning of meals. I'm taking a lot and lots of excessive fats contained food and LESS EXERCISE thus I got those spare tyre i.e fats on my body. Even my vitamins consume are bad. I don't think I can have all those vitamins included in my daily diets here. It's almost negligible. So, yesterday I end up buying those supplements because I want my healthy life back life before like forever. May be before this it's my mum who buy those supplement for me. Take care most of my diet *of course she's the one who cook the meal so when I came here I've lost the track. How am I going to take care diet by myself. Moreover, here we can't cook by ourself, just buy whatever the cafe sell to us. The same dish or not. Isn't a matter anymore as long as I can eat and I'm full. *enough. But because of  this 'I can eat and I'm full' concept I end up to have a feeble body. Often felt dozy, body ache etc. *sigh. What I feel right now is a prove that us, students should have a healthy dietary lifestyles and not to stop  there, we should have a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. Have those healthy diet with healthy exercising body. :)
Then, you'll have a happy life as student. Because as our body were healthy, it will affects our mind and our mind will affect our emotion. XD
Think wise and decide fast. !

# I got this tips from someone. If you want to perspire a lot #which mean you fat burn a lot, drink a lot of a luke warm water. It really helps though. Especially after a  excessive activity. Drink it. perghhhhh! really lot and lots of sweat. #waterfall!LOL

XOXO
