So yeah. Harini I proudly participated in volunteer event. Doing health campaign to kinda isolated kampung in our lovely Sarawak. Sumpah awesome. Kampung Beradek, 40 minutes boat rides from Kampung Geoblit (Idk if the spelling was correct, the name so hard that I had hard time spelling and even pronounce it.)
Back to story. Lawatan ini (aicewah!) Bertujuan untuk mendedahkan masyarakat tentang penjagaan kesihatan. We even do thing like checking their blood pressure, cholesterol level, BMI, even eye check also which absolutely bukan kita orang yang buatlah. We still new kot to those kind of thing. So basically today, aku jaga pendaftaran je pun. Haha. But best, dengan sambutan makcik, pak cik, kakak, abang dan seangkatan dengannya. Sangat gembira walaupun lenguh juga tulis nama diorang sorang sorang. Almost 90+++ or I can say even more yang datang untuk check everything and sangat bersemangat. Sangat sangat bersemangat. Which maybe because kesusahan diorang nak access health care services, yeah to think of 40 minutes untuk reach just Kampung Beoglit belum lagi nak kejau Sarawak General Hospital. Roughly boleh kata one hour or more lah untuk diorang reach health care services. Bayangkanlah nenek nenek atuk atuk yang age 80's and more. 70's 60's, tadi time tunggu giliran untuk check pun dah rasa kesian dengan diorang apatah lagi dengan naik bot segala. Worsen the situation if there's emergency cases. I wonder how it'll be.
Oh yeah some more, I met a lot lot lot lot of smart kids here. Cepat gila diorang memorize everything. I teach them the anatomical part of human, which includes the inner part of human body. Those kids age ranging from 5 to 10. Oh my goodness can remember the whole thing exactly. Sekali ajar tahu!!!. So damn hebat. Aku nak menghafal terkial-kial lot. They're so clean, so innocent with great mind. I remember tje most this one kid, Rabiatul Adawiyah aged 7 years old. Tell you from trachea, thyroid gland, heart, lung, liver ..... to urinary bladder. She can remember everything with their function sekali tau. How awesome those kids. Even far apart from kemajuan and so on they grow up to be so so so great. Ehem. I kagum. Kagum kagum kagum. And one girl named Puteri Zulaikha. Like my name Zulaikha. Bukan these kids je tau we had like fifteen come and learn the anotomical part.. Diorang sangat interested gila. And cute!. Pray that one day all of them if excel in their life. And jadi doktor oi Rabiatul and Zulaikha!
I've got alot to tell nanti berjela jela karang. Yeah also with my 10 medical mates, we enjoy this moment and forget about our upcoming EOB for a while. HAHA. Pray that will light shine upon us. And now time to start revising. Thanks everyone. Thanks.

P/S: It's true that volunteerism is tiring but it gives you wonderful moment that you won't forget. Quoting from the softskills lecturer which I forgot his name. Haha. Can't wait for the next event. :D
